Remote Access Information
This page will allow you to get remote service from BlueChip Computers.
This involves granting temporary access to your computer by a BlueChip technician.
If at anytime you want to discontinue your session, you can simply click on the red x in the support box and the program will shutdown and uninstall itself automatically.
Remote Access Agreement
BlueChip Computers agrees to keep all your information confidential, except as required by law.
I agree to the rate of $1.00/ per minute with a 15 minute minimum. I agree to pay the balance due to BlueChip via credit card when the work is completed.
I understand that if there is a problem during the session that requires an in-person appointment, I will have the option to bring the computer into the store or have an on-site technician come to my location via appointment.
If this remote session is conducted in a city other than Tucson, AZ, I understand that a BlueChip technician will be unable to fix any problems that require an in-person visit.
I understand that any computer work carries risk, and agree to hold BlueChip Computers harmless.
