It’s a scam according to TEP. Funny thing is that I just paid the bill a couple of days ago after receiving their standard email with the amount I owe. The phone call was spoofed so it looked like the caller ID was Tucson Electric Power. TEP won’t ask you to pay in gift cards, they won’t offer you discounts to pay now or a free months worth of electric. These are all scam tactics to get you to pay them something so they can scam you and move onto the next customer.
